SU2 website tops 40,000 visits

The SU2 website, which hosts the open source code developed by the Aerospace Design Lab (ADL) in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University, has received more than 40,000 visits in 18 months. The USA (31%) and China (11%) are top of the list in terms of both visits and downloads.
One year and a half after its first release, SU2, the open source code designed and developed by students, staff and faculty in the Aerospace Design Lab (ADL) at Stanford University, is fast on its way to becoming one of the key software tools used for aerospace simulation and design, with more than 40,000 visits and almost 5,500 free downloads from its website: su2.stanford.edu
